Tracy’s T-cakes runs fun & innovative cupcake classes in Essex.

You will learn all the skills in perfecting your cupcake creations over the course of three hours, in small groups, maximum 6 per class.  You will learn to make different flowers on each class using flower paste and then perfect your skills on swirling buttercream and the techniques for rolled fondant and then take home 12 cupcakes in a box.    

Also available Mother & Child classes available.  These classes last 2 hours and you each take home 6 cupcakes in a box.  Please see my website for different themes available.  

Cupcake parties and gift vouchers also available.

Level:  Beginners/Intermediate

Duration:  2 hours plus (depends on the class)
